The Kettle Cove neighborhood is beautiful, relaxing, safe, quiet. Kettle Cove and Crescent beaches are a stroll away. We live in a 200 year-old farmhouse, and we love to host guests at our guesthouse, which is separate and private. The wide lawn, fire-pit, and BBQ are open for our guests. We are quiet, friendly, inviting, and respectful of our guests' space and privacy. The Red-Brick patio is exclusively reserved for our guests. ***WEKND STAY REQUIRED FRIDAY/SATURDAY/SUNDAY NIGHTS***

Sweet Fern Cabin on Merrymeeting Bay

Nestled in the woods on 2.5 waterfront acres where the Muddy River meets Merrymeeting Bay. The cabin is 350 square feet of simple living with a panoramic view. There is a three season hot water outdoor shower and wood burning stove with plenty of wood included. Kitchen is fully stocked with cooking supplies and has off grid cold water sink. Outbuilding with composting toilet is right out the back door. Kayaks and stand up paddle board are available to rent for an additional fee.

Cozy and cute, this adorable spot resides in the neighborhood which boasts the best restaurants, breweries, and coffee shops in the city all within walking distance. On a quiet residential street, there is plenty of on-street parking. This apartment is on the 3rd floor of the house . **Please note that the last 9 steps leading up to the apartment are quite steep.

Tiny Cottage Hideaway, close to everything

A studio built in 1920 turned one-bedroom Guest Cottage, full of charm, on Peaks Island. Within 5 minutes walking distance to the ferry, restaurants, beaches and "Down Front" shops. Perfect for 1-2 people and possibly a third. The 500 square foot Cottage is an off-the-beaten-path Maine experience. Peaks Island is an 18 min ferry ride from Portland.
