Semi private patios. No smoking. Propane grill - for all guests. Kayak. Easy walk or jog to the Atlantic Ocean beaches. Grocery/liquor store approximately 2 miles away.

WATCH AMAZING SUNSETS FROM THE PORCH EVERY SINGLE DAY !!! The house is only 30 steps from the water on a beautiful sandy beach on the calm west side of the island with turquoise, completely transparent water. A lot of properties have volcanic rock and are unsuitable for swimming. The house has CENTRAL AIR CONDITIONING.
