This studio apartment was newly constructed with custom cabinets, quartz countertops and full size stainless appliances. Including washer and dryer. Enjoy the gated pool w/ waterfalls, stroll the secluded walking trail, and take a creekside hammock nap. Kick back in our comfortable rocking chairs & take in the amazing sunset. As the stars come out, gather around the fire pit & unwind in the private Jacuzzi. You’ll have everything needed for a large group to feel at home; a fully equipped kitchen, BBQ, and game room with an arcade.

PEACE, COMFORT and BEAUTY. You feel peace as you drive up the hill, with a view of Folsom Lake (13 min) and Sacramento (38 min). Yet the happy hubbub of Auburn is only 9 minutes away. This private suite has a separate entrance with screen door, kitchenette & bathroom. The Bedroom has a full size bed with quality linens and a 4” Memory Foam topper, fireplace, ceiling & floor fans, t.v., futon & closet. Kitchenette offers the essentials, electric hot pot & skillet, small refrigerator, sink with garbage disposal & microwave/air fryer oven. The “spa-like” bathroom boasts an overhead rain shower head & removable wand combo, a teak bench, shower essentials & fresh linens.

Cozy Cottage *Dog Friendly *Walk to Old Roseville

Welcome to Old Roseville with it's rich railroad history. The cottage is set in an old Italian neighborhood. It has a living room with small kitchen, Bedroom/King size bed and bath. Built as an in-Law quarters, it has it's own Front & Back door, Heat/Air Conditioning System, Patio/Private Fenced Yard, and off street parking. The Cottage and the main house are separated by a Hall/Laundry room. This cottage is licensed by the City of Roseville and we pay TOT tax on each stay. .

The Inkling -Studio Guesthouse Downtown 2 beds

The Inkling is a separate apartment attached to a Victorian home built in 1890. It is in a quiet neighborhood near beautiful scenic canyons. Close to Old Town Auburn, you may enjoy restaurants, antique shops, family-friendly activities, the American river, and many, many trails. It is less than .5 miles from downtown as well. There is an enclosed grassy area for our human and canine guests. We live in the main house with our 3 small dogs Lola, Leo and Charlie.
