This feature provides a shaded area during the hottest parts of the day, allowing you to enjoy the outdoors comfortably. If you're in the mood for a swim, the beach is a mere 100 meters away, stretching along a magnificent 2800-meter coastline. The sea is crystal clear and the surrounding nature offers picturesque setting.

Quiet location surrounded with big garden and lots of greenery.Two terraces (indoor and outdoor) one with a beautiful seaview. Only 10 minutes walk from the first beach and promenade with lots of restaurants and bars. The apartment can comfortably fit 4 people and is good for families, especially with little kids because garden is fenced and has a lot of shade where you can play with children or can put little baby pool in .In the street there is also a bike rental.

Each apartment has a private balcony and ground floor apartments also have a private terrace. A shared barbecue and swimming pool are at your disposal. Each apartment has ONE associated parking space. There is NO Internet and there is NO washing machine.
