While The LAKE FRAME doesn’t have its own pool, a short 3-5 minute walk takes you to a lakeside oasis featuring a brand-new pickleball court, a swimming pool, and a small clubhouse. Our Small Escape awaits 2 - 4 people looking to relax & reconnect in our bright & airy space, featuring a 20 ft wall of windows. We are located on the Little Sugar biking trail & are a short drive to downtown Bentonville. You may, however, want to stay & enjoy the large deck with Adirondack chairs and a fire pit, soak in the large hot tub that comfortably seats 4, or take your time in the walk-in shower made for 2. We have plenty of options to create lifetime memories at our Small Escape!

Enjoy your morning coffee on the spacious deck overlooking the forest and beautiful Beaver Lake. The same view can be enjoyed from the family room and kitchen bar. Nature lovers will delight in frequent visits from Fox, deer, squirrel, and many species of birds. We have board games, card games, puzzles for every level, and books for all ages.

Sally's Sanctuary

It's a beautifully decorated, peaceful, cozy lake house with a treehouse feel and a short path leading down to the lake. An open floor plan and themed rooms decorated for the season make it special. Magestic sunrises! Purples, oranges, yellows, and reds reflect off of the lake. And, the moon glistens off of the water at night! Bring your kayak, canoe, snorkeling/scubadiving gear, fishing poles, or any water activity you enjoy.
