Villa ARTEMIS is in a stunning location with its own private grounds, pool, terraces, garden, car parking & sea-views. It is located on the outskirts of the popular Agia Efimia harbour village with all its amenities and local beaches. It is also ideally located to explore the rest of the lovely island of Kefalonia. The View - Kefalonia (Near Skala)

"The View" is an impressive, spacious and modern villa, with magnificent views over Mounda beach and Katelios bay. Set over gentle, wooded slopes above the community of Ratzakli near Skala in Kefalonia. Nested between ancient olive and wild oak trees on the western slopes, the property is a tribute to modern standards of comfort and design. With its large infinity swimming pool, extending across the entire frontage of the villa and an abundant terrace to soak up the sun and admire the views.

The Sun & The Moon Luxury Maisonette

The house itself is exceptionally finished in neutral tones throughout with high end furniture and is designed around 2 levels. The ground floor area comprises a large open plan lounge, fully fitted Italian kitchen with breakfast bar & dining area, and a WC. A feature spiral staircase leads to the first floor, where there is located a small office/desk area to the landing. There are 2 double bedrooms on this 1st floor, serviced by a family bathroom and benefiting from large wardrobe fittings.

Unique Cottage

Our beautiful cottage is located in the main road from Argostóli to Poros, and only 20 minutes from Argostoli, the islands capital. Some of the highlights include the lovely/large patio and garden, private parking space, wood/brick oven, barbecue, treehouse, hammock and incredible view for your ultimate relaxation. The nearest beach is Lourdas beach (6-7 minutes by car). Everyone is welcome to stay at our home and we look forward to hearing from you! :) P.S. There are cats in the garden 🐈

The kitchen comes fully equipped with all modern appliances. There are two en suite bedrooms with comfortable king size beds.
