Modern studio with spa, in great location

This is a modern self contained studio with luxury spa pool situated in a great location. Right next to a park, on a main bus line, and 7mins drive to the city. The studio is on the front of the main house on the section, underneath a double garage with easy access via either; a short ramp (with one step), or via a second access with 12 stairs. Comes with 1x queen bed and can have 2x single trundler beds +/- a porta cot added (must request on booking to ensure extra beds can be set up).

A charming well appointed 2 bedroom self-contained apartment with a private courtyard, sheltered and sunny. Situated on the ground floor in a leafy quiet street off the South Coast beach. Close to shops and town with good, frequent bus connections. 10min drive to airport, ideal for early-bird flights. 20min drive to ferries. Unlimited free Wifi.

Cosy bach on beach, Raumati South, Kapiti Coast

Beachfront - only a single lane servicing one other property separates bach from the beach. Breath-taking views of the breaking waves, and from the Kaikouras to Kapiti Island. Wellington is 48kms away (an approximately 50 minute drive). Two fantastic cafes/licensed restaurants, plus a takeaway shop and dairy/convenience store 300m away. A great bach for a romantic escape, a family holiday, or to spend time with friends. Go to sleep snuggled in luxury linen to the murmur of the waves.

A BLUE TRIANGLE at Raumati Beach

Our sunny, comfortable, two-storey house is ideal for a couple or a couple with small children. The master bedroom/ living area upstairs is spacious with beautiful views of Kapiti Island. The stairs are a little awkward for the elderly and the very young although we now have carpet tiles on the stairs. There is no handrail. There is no bathroom upstairs. Sitting/ kitchen area downstairs and the bathroom and second bedroom are also downstairs.

Green Apple Cabin

Beautiful quiet "tiny house" garden retreat with mezzanine sleeping loft; very simple but warm and cosy. Carpeted, insulated and double glazed. Sleeps two upstairs on two single mattresses. You need to be agile enough to climb the ladder to the sleeping loft. Own shower and toilet a few metres from the cabin. Heater, kettle, fridge, microwave, toaster and basin in cabin. Wifi. Simple breakfast ingredients and hot drinks provided.

Sunny Seaside Bungalow in Lyall Bay

Sunny seaside bungalow in popular Lyall Bay, within walking distance to the beach and cafes. Close to the airport (5 min drive) and the city (10 min drive) - perfect for tourists and business travellers alike. A comfortable 3 bedroom, 1 bathroom fully furnished home. Established sunny and private garden. Accommodates up to 5 people - ideal for business travellers, families, and small groups. Minimum stay 2 nights.

Raumati studio unit

Less than 500 metres to the beach and Raumati village, the studio unit fits 2 people comfortably but can sleep up to 3. A five minute stroll to several cafes and eatery's. Fully self contained with small bathroom and kitchenette. Approximately 40 minutes to Wellington city. You will be welcomed by our friendly and enthusiastic puppy who lives in the contained back yard of our place.

Te Papa View - 3 bed waterfront apartment + park

This contemporary space is designed for comfort and functionality. The open-plan living area leads to a balcony with waterfront views. It features a fully equipped kitchen and dining area, a master bedroom with an en-suite, two additional bedrooms, a main bathroom, and a separate laundry.
