Welcome to our beautiful, well decorated (country modern) home that offers great views of sunrises and sunsets over beautiful countryside fields. We offer a squeaky clean place to relax (jacuzzi tub) that is near many attractions. Even though we are surrounded by beautiful country fields and an apple orchard, we are very close to everything. Lockbox entry to the completely private entry basement level includes; sitting area with sofa, chair, large screen Fire TV/; WiFi/ fireplace; queen bed & chest. (Rollaway bed available). A separate side room includes a private shower, sink, eating area with table & chairs, refrigerator, toaster, microwave, & coffee maker; (light breakfast included). The private half bath is located on the main floor at the top of the stairs inside entrance area. Private parking space in front of the home.

The Gas Lantern Cottage @ Donovan's Corner

This little cottage drips with character & detail. It's gas lantern burns 24/7, open floor plan to the whitewashed v-groove ceilings, hardwood floors, wonderful beds & bedding to the well appointed kitchen boasting a gas range, drawer micro & subzero fridge concealed behind lovely white cabinetry - it calls out to the cook in all of us. A sunroom on the rear of the house looks into a peaceful yard with a brick patio for relaxing. Full laundry. All in the sleepy village of Sylvania.

Just the 2 of us have redone every surface of this house to create a fun space for your family & friends to enjoy. Take a walk under the shade of our large old trees. Enjoy a bonfire in the backyard. This family and pet friendly home is located in a quiet neighborhood near a ravine. Large yard - close to many parks and attractions. Less than 5 miles to downtown Toledo, (Huntington Center, Glass City Center, Toledo Museum of Art), Stranahan Theater, UTMC Hospital, and walkable to the Toledo Zoo and Wixey Bakery. Expect to see wildlife in the yard while you enjoy your morning or evening brew on the covered porch or walking through the neighborhood!

The Guest Rooms @ Jones & Jones

A suite with three bedrooms, a light-filled sitting room, and a luxurious jacuzzi bath awaits you at The Guest Rooms at Jones and Jones. There is no standing shower but a pull out shower head. Three beds are available but the initial charge is for one bed for two people. If you need an extra bed for someone you are traveling with on business, because of a snoring problem or whatever there is an additional charge. It will be a modest amount.
