Park your boat at the private dock right off the house deck. House is on the lake channel with a built-in BBQ island/bar! Plenty of parking for your truck/boat in the driveway and boat ramp is half a mile from house. Great for family vacations, fishing, romantic getaways or just to relax and recharge. Screened in patio area for times mosquito's or gnats are out! House has just about everything you will need to have a stress-free relaxing stay. This Lakeport neighborhood is quiet and relaxing.

Woodhawk Manor of Alexander Valley

Welcome to Woodhawk Manor! We have completed our remodel. Previous guests will now find en suite bathrooms for the four main bedrooms, plus a new tub in the master bath. Brand new hardwood floors adorn the home with freshly painted walls and ceilings to add to the charm. As of May 2024, an outdoor kitchen is available for you at the swimming pool. This is a cozy guestroom attached to the garage on our stunning half-acre lakefront, tree-studded property. The bedroom (double bed) and bath are quite small (not room for much luggage), but perfect for a few nights stay. We have two chairs and a little table set up right outside, and there are other relaxing spots. Check-in time is normally 3:00, but can be earlier with prior approval. We also rent out our house on occasion. They are 2 separate places non attached.

Our vacation home is right in the middle of downtown. Everything is walking distance including grocery stores, boat launch, restaurants, stores, shops, park etc. The backyard has a giant beautiful gazebo, fire pit and private dock with electricity and fresh water. The home is smart controlled with auto opening curtains, fans, lights and music.

This charming modern cabin is on one acre in a secluded location surrounded by beautiful oaks. The deck offers spectacular views of Clear Lake and your private beach is just steps away. It is a great place to enjoy nature and recharge. More than 40 wineries are only a short drive away. Early check-in and late check-out are usually available.
