Situato nel cuore del piccolo caratteristico paese di Gandria, sorge uno dei primi alloggi per i forestieri del secolo scorso. Il luminoso e ampio appartamento di circa 80 mq è adatto a coppie e famiglie che cercano un po’ di relax e una pausa dalla vita frenetica di tutti i giorni. L’appartamento si trova di fronte al lago e gode di un’ampia vista mozzafiato a 180° da poter apprezzare affacciandosi dalla grande, luminosa e accogliente terrazza mentre si assapora una buona cena in compagnia.

Every sunset is a great time to enjoy our beautiful lake view, it will take your breath away! It id only few steps away from the lake Surrounded by palms in a very quiet neighbourhood IMPORTANT INFO: Be aware a construction site next to the building is active. Mon-Fri: 08.00-12.00 & 13.00-17.00. Until now all the guests were satisfied with their stay! No complains

Designed halfway between modern and rustic, it offers a full immersion into Gandria, and is right on the edge of its lake. The latter can be seen from any point in the house thanks to many bright apertures, and in particular a geniously designed bay window dominating the kitchen, connecting the loft with its terrace and its incredible view across furthest Porlezza mountains.

L’appartamento ha due piani, al piano terra oltre che il salotto troviamo l’uscita diretta sulla spiaggia pubblica. Completamente rinnovato con complementi di alto standing. Parcheggio privato compreso nel prezzo. In 15 min si raggiunge Locarno e Ascona, 20 min Bellinzona. In 5 minuti a piedi troviamo bar, ristoranti, bagno pubblico, campo da tennis.
