Come visit our Tiny cottage nestled among country landscapes. Wake up to views of wetlands from your bed, enjoy magical stargazing from the deck or through the vaulted ceilings skylights. Pull the covers up and watch the winds blow. Bring your boots and walk the fields to visit the different ponds on our farm, or adventurously traverse your way to the nearby Nooksack River. Watch stellar sunsets while you BBQ on the private patio. Wake up to experience unbelievable morning sunrise over Mt Baker.

Welcome to this newly renovated suite located just off the Mt. Baker Hwy. This property lets you "have it all" with close proximity to Bellingham (~7 min to Barkley Village) while providing a wilderness escape with modern amenities, outdoor seating and cooking areas, a treehouse, nature trails, and a beautiful forest canopy. Enjoy and relax in the outdoors without sacrificing the comfort of home. Need to sleep more than 2? You can rent another suite just a few steps away and sleep 2 more.

Our home sits on 5 park-like acres off a private lane. Bellingham's downtown scene is 15 minutes away! WWU & Galbraith Mountains renowned bike trails are 9 miles away. The Mt Baker Ski Area is 51 miles up the road. Your private entry leads into a full kitchen & eating area, open to a spacious living room, with 2 couches, one a queen size sofa bed, with another queen bed off the living room. A separate queen bedroom overlooks the property's large pond. Your private bathroom completes the space.

Our TINY HOUSE in the Trees

Come enjoy a very TINY HOUSE (120 sq ft) experience in the heart of beautiful Whatcom County. Go for a hike on our local trails, explore the many breweries in Bellingham, visit the beach in Birch Bay, bike the county roads, or enjoy a scenic drive on the Mt. Baker Highway. Then come back to a unique, cozy TINY HOUSE. Roast marshmallows around the campfire, snuggle up and watch a movie on Netflix, and relax with a cup of coffee on the front porch in the morning. Refresh, relax, and find joy!

Simple yet well-stocked, you should have everything you need to make breakfast or a simple dinner. The bed is comfy, the couch is comfy, the wifi is fast. If you visit anytime July-October you can come browse my dahlia patch and vegetable garden!
