Keep in mind this is a basement apartment and has its own private entrance around the back through the side alley next to the garage, does not have cooking capabilities, nevertheless, we have a microwave, Keurig coffee machine, and a small fridge. The first and second floor of the house is also an Airbnb. Parties are not allowed. Absolutely no smoking inside the apartment, smoking is permitted outdoors. Ipswich Apartment

The apartment, with a private entrance is located in downtown Ipswich. We are within walking distance to restaurants and the commuter rail, which services Salem, Boston etc. May - September, the CATA shuttle stops at the commuter rail station, a 3 minute walk. Some CATA services include Cranes Beach, and the town of Essex (famous for its clams and antique shops). You can also enjoy a river cruise down the Essex River there. Kayaking, canoeing, and fishing are also available in Ipswich.

This first floor unit in my newly renovated two-family home is 3/4 of a mile from downtown Salem with all its attractions. Guests have two off-street parking spaces in a tandem configuration. Inside there is a master suite with an en-suite bathroom and queen bed, a second bedroom with another queen size bed and a second full bathroom. The kitchen is completely new with quartz counter tops and stainless steel appliances. There is also a laundry room that guests are free to use.
