Fantastic Kentucky Lake Vacation

Enjoy all that Ky Lake area has to offer! Condo is located at Big Bear Resort. It has an open concept living area, 3 bedrooms, 2 baths & fully equipped kitchen. The living space extends to the deck, overlooking the lake, with additional seating & gas grill. There are queen beds in 2 of the bedrooms; 2 full beds in the third. Washer/dryer are available for your use. The condo is a one-floor unit, with 3 parking spaces (one at the front door; 2 in the rear). There are 3 stairs at the front.

Gather around the outdoor fire ring and enjoy quality conversations while the moon reflects off the lake.

Just 3 miles from I-24 and walking distance to Patti’s. Enjoy your stay within walking distance of all that Grand Rivers has to offer. Convenience is key here with delicious Cabin Pizza right in the same complex! This cute, newly renovated little cabin apartment is the perfect spot for a couple (or a couple of friends!), hunters and fishermen to get away. Grand Rivers is a golf cart community - let us know if you would like to rent our cart to make getting around easier (and more fun!).

The whole group will enjoy easy access to everything from this centrally located place. Minutes from Eddy Creek Marina, bring your boat and launch it from there or just rent a transient slip for the weekend. Minutes from Venture River Water park. Just a short drive away from Kentucky Lake Attractions World famous Patty's Restraunt ( make your reservations early). Or just relax on the back deck, grilling and overlooking beautiful Barkley Lake. Dont forget land between the lakes.

Enjoy a beautiful view of Lake Barkley from the confines of your bedroom or the sunroom in this 125 year old estate that we refer to as “The Lake House”. Your family and friends will literally be steps away from Lake Barkley and Hu-B’s Marina. Venture River water park is just a 4 minute drive away. Beautiful Land Between the Lakes Recreational area is just a 10 minute drive. Or just stay right on site and enjoy the hot tub and the peaceful “City in the Woods” that is Kuttawa.

We are located near Eddy Creek Marina, Dryden Bay. Bring your boat, fishing pole and kayak! Eddyville Shopping and Venture River Water Park are 8 miles away. 2 queen beds, sofa and futon for extra company. Full kitchen, outdoor dining with a gas grill. Pets are allowed with owners approval.

Mermaid Cottage

Make some memories at this unique and family-friendly place. We are located four houses up from marina , so a 5 minute walk. Also 2 beautiful walking trails a park with playground and beach. This has a galley kitchen and roomy sitting area. It is a studio with a beachy flair! Bring your beach towels and kayaks and there’s room for a boat too or rent one! A 1/2 mile to many restaurants and water park. There’s also a canopy with out door sitting area.

Eddy creek Getaway

Escape to a refreshing weekend getaway at Lake Barkley. Just minutes away from Patti’s Settlement, Venture River Water Park, and Mineral Mounds. Just short drive to Elk and Bison Prairie and Land Between the Lakes. Great place for golfers and fisherman to stay. Plenty of outdoor space to have great vacation. Large deck with BBQ grill and spacious screened in sunroom. We also offer weekly and monthly rates.
