Charlie & Roy's Farm Stay Berry

Charlie and Roy's farm stay is a family friendly guesthouse on an old vineyard. The property is nestled beneath Wedding Cake mountain and is set on 173 acres of pasture,and forest with a creek and a large lawn area. It is just 4.2km from the village of Berry and is close to bush walking trails, wineries, and beaches. The home is perfect for one or two families who want to enjoy Berry and be in a peaceful country setting. Being a farmstay, there are friendly farm animals too. (No large parties)

It has a chefs kitchen, huge fireplace, reverse cycle air-conditioning, spa bath and multiple living areas. Only minutes to the main shops, it also neighbours Lilianfels and Echoes Hotel for extra pampering or a cocktail.

Position Position Position!!! Kiama Aspect on Jones Beach is a wonderful beach front, property with 3 bedrooms 2 bathrooms and 2 toilets, it has panoramic ocean views. 100 metres from the beach. My husband says, "If you are holidaying at the beach - you must be able to see the water & not just a glimpse". Comfy King Coil mattresses- All bedding, towels, hand towels and bathmats provided. Privacy block out blinds, reverse cycle air-conditioning/heating NBN with free in house WI-FI. No Pets.

Cosy, country cottage style two bedroom cottage within easy 1km walk to Berry town centre. Would suit a couple with two children or two couples. A great base for accessing all the area has to offer. Recently refurbished with new carpet, paint and kitchenette. Access to pool and outdoor entertaining area. Friendly local hosts who are happy to recommend attractions including beaches, wineries, restaurants and the amazing new Boongaree Rotary Nature Park.

Brookside Cottage, overlooking the renowned Charles Darwin Track and the Jamison Creek, is perfect for one or two couples, or a family of four. It is comfortable, cosy, quiet and peaceful. There are views from almost every room.
