The outside deck offers views over the surrounding neighbourhood and paddocks with beautiful sunsets. Close to bushland and walking tracks, enjoy relaxing in this peaceful neighbourhood. Pool and bbq Please note the pool is not heated. It has solar heating but with Ballarat’s colder overnight temperatures don’t expect it to be toastie warm outside of summer.
