This modern private spacious studio is nestled away downstairs at the rear of our residence, on street parking in a quite area & separate entry access. This one bedroom Studio offers a king size bed, self-contained kitchen, lounge & dining rooms, snooker table & modern comfortable furnishing throughout. Including continental breakfast and free Wi-Fi .

You will enjoy easy access to everything from this centrally located oasis. Just a 10 minute walk to Warners Bay shops which offers a variety of excellent restaurants, coffee, a pub, bowling club and assorted shops. Townhouse with all modern conveniences to make your stay for business or pleasure enjoyable. Air con both upstairs and downstairs. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to dine in, with full size fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave and electric oven and induction cooktop. All cutlery, crockery etc., is provided. All linen, towels are supplied as well as extra blankets and pillows. We welcome guests from all walks of life and want your stay to be a comfortable one.

Newcastle 30.25 in the Vale

Studio apartment in a quiet suburb, below our home with a nature reserve at the rear. Only five mins drive from Newcastle's John Hunter Hospital. Near the Hunter Expressway and M1 Link Rd. Light and airy, with quiet air conditioning. Separate front entry, including an easy stairway from the street level. Combination lock on the front door, so no key to collect. The code is issued when booking is finalised. Andrew and I are regular Airbnb guests and now enjoy being hosts too.

Self-cont Cabin, Smart TV, Netflix, unlimited NBN

The Cabin is a large room divided by a large wardrobe and Hutch with the bedroom (Queen Bed) on one side, and the living area on the other. In the large Bedroom area there is also a desk and smart TV (includes Netflix), and the toilet/shower room is accessed there. The kitchen is well equipped and I provide frozen gluten free and other breads as well as many other provisions. The lounge and chair both fold down into beds (a double, and a single) but are quite firm.

Beautifully renovated 1 bedroom guest house - Magpies Rest is peaceful and centrally located. 5 minute walk to the major Glendale shopping centre. 5 minute drive to the lake 20 minute drive to Newcastle and its major beaches Under an hour to the Hunter Valley 1 car space allocated in front of the main house.
