This spacious (55sqm) 1 Bedroom-condo is for 5 persons . It is with very nice sea-views and located on Cebu's most famous Mactan Beach between Shangri-La and Crimson Resort. Best location right behind the new City-center of Mactan "Mactan Newtown / LG Garden) which takes only 3 minutes by Grab (more than 15 GRAB-drivers waiting nearby to get your GRAB, so it usually takes only 5-6 minutes to arrive at the Entrance / lobby) . Also very close to the airport - 17-18 minutes unless rush hours.

The unit is on the 12th floor of One Pacific Residence in Mactan Newtown, a bustling township in the heart of Lapu Lapu where some of Cebu’s luxurious resorts are located (Shangri-La, Movenpick, Crimson etc.) A number of establishments such as convenience store, supermarket, restaurants, fastfood chains, coffee shops, pharmacy, ATM, etc. are within walking distance. A food court that offers a variety of dishes at a reasonable price is also within the vicinity.
