Fifteen minutes North of downtown Athens (8 miles from the stadium), this private home is located on five acres of farm land. The home, lovingly called “The Birdhouse”, was built by hand in 1900, and has all the charm of hand hewn boards, solid wood floors, and tall ceilings. Rumor has it, the original home owner, and namesake of the road, was a prolific moonshiner. The house features two beds, one queen and one full in separate rooms, one full bathroom, and a complete kitchen.

Small cottage on a 26 acre horse farm. Each bedroom/bathroom rented as separate units with your own access and locks on the doors. Each bedroom has it's own full bathroom. There is a full kitchen and living space dividing the bedrooms with all necessities provided. Concrete patio with firepit and Adirondack chairs to relax at the end of a long day or work outside on the patio table. This quiet, little cottage overlooks a horse pasture that currently houses and mare and her foal.

Welcome to your home away from home! Nestled in a rural area about 10 minutes to Athens. Our cozy one bedroom guesthouse is perfect for up to 2 adults. The space is bright, airy featuring a queen-sized bed, bar area (no stove or oven), 1 bathroom (standup shower only) & a lovely back porch. The space is complete with smart TV, WiFi, and a work space. We may NOT have ALL the sports channels. The space has its own entry, 2 dedicated parking spaces, a/c control, privacy.
