3 little Care Bear bungalow

Come and experience a little getaway on Lake Hartwell. This is a cute little house, perfect for families or just getting away from the hustle and bustle of Atlanta or Charlotte. There is fishing and you can go swimming in the cove. there's is plenty of parking available on my driveway for your boat SUV or other vehicles. Walmart and Ingles is about 8.2 miles from the house. drive into the city of Hartwell and experience some of the local dining. I left some brochures of my favorite restaurants.

Chicopee Rose Cottage - 1 Mile to Downtown & UGA

Adorable cozy 1940's cottage! Located in the historic Chicopee Dudley neighborhood - less than a mile from downtown, UGA, Classic Center and all that downtown has to offer. Backs up to the 113 acre Walker Park with 5 miles of biking & walking trails, playground, public splash pad, and easy walk to the North Oconee River Greenway and Dudley Park! Enjoy shopping, dining, live music, festivals, art galleries. Nice private porch, deck & fenced yard. $7 Lyft /Uber ride downtown. No Parties allowed.

Chinaberry Cottage @ Erymwold

A new 1000 sq ft guest cottage sharing 25 pastoral acres with an historic country home. Finest amenities including queen bed, luxury bath, full kitchen* wi-fi and electric fireplace. Additionally, there is a bunk room with two six ft bunks and a sectional sofa for unexpected guests. There's a front porch overlooking a large lawn and larger pasture. Very private. All pets welcome. This home is only four miles from Sanford Stadium making it convenient to any and all UGA related activities.

River Bottom Bungalow

Located on a quiet street the heart of the Boulevard Historic District, you can walk to Downtown or Normaltown in just 10 minutes. This house has two bedrooms, eat-in kitchen, covered front porch and back deck. Wonderful neighborhood restaurants and yoga studio, and school with playground are just a block away. This is the perfect place to stay for friends, couples and families. Mature, well-behaved dogs (2 max) are allowed for an additional fee of $50, or $100 per week for longer stays.

Pet-Friendly Backyard Studio Retreat

Relax in our quiet townhouse retreat. *note: the bathroom is on the second floor. Our converted garage uses space heaters in each area. Check the upstairs ledge for the heater/AC remote to control the window unit. Downstairs is a living area with sofa bed and a queen-sized bed. It’s perfect for two guests but also great for children or three adults. Our kitchenette has only microwave available. NO OUTSIDE APPLIANCES ALLOWED. Upstairs is a large bathroom and listening area with turntable.

Close to Kroger and Publix as well as popular restaurants like Cali n Titos and DePalmas.

The cozy cottage in the woods is on the east side of Athens and near family-friendly activities, the airport, and nightlife (8 miles to athens). You’ll love the cottage because of the comfy bed, the kitchen, the coziness, the high ceilings, and the views. The cottage is located on the grounds of Sweet Olive Farm Animal Rescue and is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, families (with kids), and furry friends (pets).
