The house includes a mezzanine bedroom, free parking & a sunny full width terrace where you can sit and watch the boats sail by and the sun set. The house is not just waterside but uniquely IN the English Channel, with boats, fish and birds as neighbours! The marina village is literally just that, with a variety of bars, restaurants, shops, bowling, cinema & a supermarket on your doorstep.

A beautiful three bedroom townhouse on the waterfront. Part of the prestigious Sovereign Harbour development in Eastbourne, East Sussex. The property is located in the Piazza private gated development on the waterfront commanding beautiful views over the waterway between the main and southern harbours.
