18 South End, Stromness a charming 1800's, 4 star cottage set right on the sea with its own private garden pier, slipway and parking. It has a 180 degree view over the sea, through big windows with stunning views of sunrises and passing vessels. We also have 4 other Cottages right on the sea, a 1- bedroom, 2-bedroom and three-bedroom and another 4 bedroom, 4 bathroom Cottage. Each Cottage is equipped with absolutely everything including a Cook's Larder, big selection of teas, coffees etc.

The bothy- peaceful country life near the sea

The bothy is a beautiful newly converted farm building located on the east mainland of Orkney. The property is in the countryside, surrounded by farmland and just along the road from one of several wonderful beaches in Deerness. Should you need any items for a baby like a carrier (any age), seat, snuzpod, cot/ cotbed, highchair, etc. Please let us know prior to your arrival, along with the age of the baby/toddler. The gardens are spacious, a delight!

Make sure your booking is adequate length for all you want to see and do; as many guests advise that a guest requires at least a four night stay or longer to appreciate all that Orkney has to offer.
