Built in 1753, this 1000 square feet, newly restored limestone cottage was the original settlement home on the 135-acre homestead. Welcome to Petunia's Cottage. This is a newly updated guest house, attached to my farmhouse by a double bolted door. We are on 1 acre of beautiful Lancaster countryside. Enter the cottage with your own private keypad entrance. This home sleeps 2: 1 bedroom upstairs with a queen sized bed. Newly remodeled bathroom, with shower. Kitchenette with mini-fridge, microwave and coffee maker, stocked with necessities.

While located on a private country spot, we are a walk, bike ride, or short drive to the charming town center of LItitz, Pa. While we welcome well behaved dogs, so long as they are neutered or spayed, we cannot accommodate cats. Please don’t forget to list your dog in your reservation if you are bringing one. Infants are welcome if they are not yet walking. We can provide a pack and play.

Charming loft apartment

The loft is in a newly renovated barn, located on our small farm in Gap PA. The location is approximately 15 min from Lancaster County’s main attractions. (please see below for more details on location) We have the cutest pony named Snickers who is accompanied by his two bunny friends. He loves when guests stop by to say hi!😊
