The retreat sits on a private 2 acres with over 200' of waterfront on the North Channel of Lake Huron. The sunset views & starry night are incredible!

The original church pews will seat many around the hand made live edge table.

We are pet friendly, can accommodate up to 6 people within 3 bdrms. Bdrm 1 main building-queen bed, bdrm 2 main building bunk bed, bdrm 3 beach front bunkie queen bed. Lake Matinenda water access only cabin

A short drive from Blind River will bring you to the boat launch for Lake Matinenda. Located in Sullivans' Bay , this 1920's log cabin offers beautiful views, outdoor recreation and space for creating memories. Main cabin sleeps 5 with 2 bedrooms, bunk house sleeps 4. Full kitchen with running water, water cooler, electricity, dining/ living space and a 3 piece bath. Bring your fishing gear and your food and family, just about everything else is supplied.

It’s a short drive to town for provisions or golfing, or go exploring, but finish the day with a beach side fire, or a glass of wine at the end of the dock and watch the sun go down across the lake.
