A Loft amongst the Gum Trees

Please note owners are onsite adjacent to guest accomadation. Located only a short 7 min drive west of Apollo Bay along the iconic Great Ocean Road and nestled amongst the gum trees. It is a rare day when you won’t spot a koala on the property. The Loft is spacious and adjacent to our family home. It is located above our shed, with private access and courtyard at the rear. The property is full of wildlife along with our animals... sheep, chickens and our dogs Honey and Cleo and cat Spot!

Nordic Noir Hideaway

Welcome to Nordic Noir, your own rustic little hideaway nestled among the tree ferns. Our quirky little cabin comes complete with your own Nordic Spruce barrel sauna & spa to rejuvenate your body after exploring Forrest by bike or foot. The cabin & BBQ cabin are all yours to enjoy & are connected via a leafy walkway. MTB trails are on our doorstep, ride/walk into town in minutes or just chill & enjoy the sauna & hot tub. Read a book or just enjoy the quiet. Hot stone massage studio on site.

Sea Valley Cottages No 2

No Children under 15. The cottage is a 5 min drive from Apollo Bay shops and beaches. A serine and private property housing 2 cottages. Beautiful views. abundant wildlife large deck to relax on with outdoor table setting. This fabulous cottage is spacious and beautifully decorated with 2 couches, kitchen with facilities for cooking, microwave, oven, stove . Bathroom has spa bath, separate shower. A wood fire will keep you toasty warm on those cooler nights and all wood is supplied.

Escape to Sunnyside

Sunnyside is located just off the Great Ocean Road approximately 15 minutes from Apollo Bay. A fully private and self-contained loft studio offers panoramic views of the Southern Ocean and sits in amongst the Otway rainforest treetops. The property has over 10 acres to explore; an olive grove, an orchard, a mature oak forest and stunning walkways combining both pasture and native surroundings. You may even be lucky enough to meet our resident Koala! A one-of-a-kind experience awaits.

Big Bear's Small House

A beautiful, small off grid house with all the modern comforts. Truly breathtaking views of the ocean and rainforest set over a deep gorge. Birds, wildlife, & ancient trees will greet you through the infinity window that looks beyond the comfort of your own luxurious queen bed, complete kitchen, cozy lounge with scandi fireplace, and a spacious bathroom. Shower or soak in the outdoor bath on the big deck, gaze the Milky Way at night, sit by the fire, it's all here for you to rest.

Winter Special Book 2 Stay 3 ~ 1 Block to Beach

Pack the family and your friends for a relaxing retreat that's sure to live on in memory long after your ultimate beachside holiday. Sit by the fire and enjoy a glass of wine whilst reading a book as the kids play the Wii or table tennis in the shed. Listen to the waves crashing just a couple of blocks walk where your toes will meet the sand. Far enough out of town to enjoy the quiet and close enough to all of the convenience. The Top Villa is situated in a quiet, natural setting with soaring views over the rolling hills and forests of Apollo Bay. Private and peaceful, it is one of only two villas on our property.
