Precious Tiny Trailer

Park your car and immediately enjoy your vacation with this precious tiny trailer. This little gem features a gas stove and oven, sink with potable water, a mini fridge and full size bed. The trailer has been fully renovated with wooden siding and trim on both the exterior and interior, giving it that "precious" tiny home feel. The entire tiny trailer is under a newly built metal roof, providing an addition 10ft of covered dry area in front of the trailer for stretching or other recreation.

Reconnect with nature and escape the heat on our 28 acre filbert orchard, better known as hazelnuts. On hot summer days you’ll find the temperature under the orchard canopy almost 10 degrees cooler at the heat of the day. Small hobby farm in the hills nestled among the trees. This is a tranquil setting away from the city where wildlife and nature provide serenity. The stars are brilliant with no light pollution to dim them, and the sunsets are spectacular. The travel trailer is a 2014 Keystone Springdale 202 that is spacious as trailers go and has a standard queen size bed that is amazingly comfortable. There are many amenities. The location is perfect for day trips to many of the area's hot spots.
