This second floor walk up apartment is in the back of a beautiful Victorian home located in the center of town. It is 1/2 block from 3rd street corridor of shops & restaurants. 5 blocks to the sandy Lake Superior beach and a few miles from NTN trails, ski hill, NMU, hospital & 2 blocks from our Blackrocks brewery pub. The Apartment is a studio with mini kitchen with cooktop, microwave, small fridge, coffee pot, and Cable TV. There is a small reading room off bathroom. EV charger =CCS $5 per hr

Random Point: Apartment Tree House

Random Point is a quiet, isolated oasis on a private, 300 ft beach cove on Lake Superior with a trout pond and 10 wooded acres. Both rentals and the outdoor sauna have stunning views of the Lake. This enchanted location is 5 miles from downtown Mqt with easy access to the University, restaurants, shops, hiking & biking trails. In the winter, embrace the season with snowmobiling (#417) or cross-country skiing on the trails conveniently located across the road (M28).

The Love Shack

Wake up to sunrise over Lake Superior and later sauna as the moon rises over the lake The Love Shack is ideal if you love the outdoors, privacy and want time away from the busy world. The views are incredible, trees majestic, starry nights magical, quiet deep and the cliff face is breathtaking. The cliff is serious; we leave an unmown area along the cliff to caution visitors from visiting the cliff edge. No humming electricity, beckoning internet, indoor plumbing- just you in this majesty.

The Martini Bunker- hot tub/sauna private apt

Newly built retro-mod apartment in a home with private entrance on 28 acres. Just a few miles from Marquette, enjoy all the loveliness of country living with quick access to amenities. Cross country skiing, snowmobiling and mountain biking right out the front door. Relax and unwind in the private sauna or the hot tub. 1/2 mile from the 123 acre Vielmetti Nature Reserve, 1/2 mile from the North Country Trail. Well behaved dogs welcome! Plenty of room to park campers/trailers/snowmobiles.

Log Cabin with a View

Enjoy a peaceful stay in a cedar log cabin nestled on thirty wooded acres overlooking Lake Superior. Located approximately 20 miles north from Marquette, the cabin is a short drive to Lake Independence and Lake Superior. In the winter, take advantage of the close proximity to snowmobile and cross-country ski trails. In the summer, enjoy hiking and access to some of the best beaches in the UP. Spend quiet nights gazing at the starry sky, and wake up early to catch the superior sunrise.

Chocolay River Cabin

Small hand hewn log cabin on Chocolay River. Good fishing, approximately 5 miles from snowmobile and ORV trails. Full kitchen. 1 BR (Q), Full sofa sleeper and 1 bath. Outdoor electric sauna. A fire pit. Washer/dryer. Basic amenities. Full kitchen. There is WiFi but cell service can be very sketchy. Texting does seem to work ok. We do have a cell phone booster there but it still isn’t great. If you need to make a call you can drive about 1 mile out to US 41 and service is good.
