Grand Rivers is located on Land Between the Lakes. Kentucky and/ or Barkley Lakes are great for fishing and recreation. There are hunting areas nearby as well. Grand Rivers is the home of the famous Patti’s restaurant. Uptown has unique shops and the Bagett theater for family entertainment all within walking distance. We have a huge yard with a fire pit to relax by, corn hole and hillbilly golf already set up. Plenty of room to park your boat.Grand Rivers has something for everyone.

Just a short walk from Moors Marina, our quiet and nice lake view location offers not only a great place to rest your head after a long day on the water, but a patio to grill your dinner and a fire pit to enjoy the outdoors under the beautiful stars. With extra shared yard space we can accommodate for boat parking and plug in access for any fisherman. Please notify us ahead of time so we can make sure space is available. This unit is the bottom right unit of a 4plex.

Western Kentucky is not only for the summer, this home is perfect to curl up in the winter to a gas log fire place or large enough to enjoy a family getaway for the Holidays. A quick golf cart ride to the boat ramp and plenty of parking for vehicles and trailers.
