Take a breath at Peakes Brook Cabin, our cozy and private cabin on a pond, with the brook steaming beside it. Our beloved property is perfect for couples needing to escape the city, decompress and deplug. You're minutes to charming Delhi and other Catskill villages, with nature all around. We are very excited to announce that our cabin has a huge upgrade as of Spring '25. We now have a full bathroom with running water! A project over 3 years in the making. (Stayed tuned for new pics)

The Mill House: Creekside Catskills Spring Escape

Nestled in the heart of the Catskills and just a 2.5-hour drive from NYC, escape to a winter retreat where you can reconnect with nature and enjoy the serene beauty of the season. This historic gem underwent a meticulous restoration in 2021, marrying its saw mill heritage with contemporary luxuries, including a Nest thermostat, smart speakers, keyless entry, and fast wifi. Amenities galore including outdoor firepit, lounge chairs, sledding, BBQ, ping pong, board games, TV and more. This house is perfect for travelers of all types!

Half Moon: Fairytale Catskills Retreat

Enjoy nature in style at this fairytale in the forest. This idyllic escape combines whimsical structures, curated gathering spaces and a private wooded hillside surrounded by hiking trails and quaint towns. Disclaimer: This is a rustic cabin. Heating is from a wood-burning stove, there is no AC. The bath house is a separate structure from the cabin, up a hillside with stone steps. Cooking is via charcoal grills, small outdoor kitchenette or fire.

Lily Pad by the Ponds

If you want to experience nature, our homestead has a one room king bed cottage between 2 ponds. A private full bath is 25 steps away. Enjoy the serenity of the water. The cottage is insulated, heated, has electricity,Wi-Fi, and a smart tv to be used with your own accounts. The cottage is separated from our home by a garage. We leave guests uninterrupted unless they want/need anything. Guests have full use of the ponds and acres to enjoy!

Cooperstown Lyrical Gardens

Feel at home in your own private space, attached to a large farmhouse nestled on 100 acres. Enjoy using the property for lounging, hiking, campfires or reflection. A continental breakfast of homemade bread and local free range fresh eggs, and produce and fresh herbs from our garden when in season will await you. Coffee and tea is provided each morning. Feel free to partake your coffee and breakfast outside on the swing overlooking pond.

Creekside of the Moon A-frame Cabin

Creekside of the moon A-frame glamp. Float, fish and play in the Catskills. Glamp on the Charlotte Creek in a newly built modern tiny a-frame. Sleep under the full moon. A giant moon light hangs over the bed(s) with a stunning reflection in the window at night over the creekview. Perfect for a romantic getaway, fishing trip, or glamping spot in the Catskills. "Far from the Madding Crowd" Cozy Cabin Retreat

Cabin Clack is a quiet, stream-side retreat bordering 1000 acres of wild trails in NY State Forest. The cabin is a historic hunting cabin from circa 1935. The cabin is good for a couple, solo adventurers, or families (with kids). We welcome pets, and they will love exploring the secluded forest and the freedom of our virtually traffic-free dead-end road. There is a spring fed pond you can swim in.

Country Haven

Our decor is an Adirondack theme. Log bed, knotty pine. ceiling lighting and windows for natural brightness. Quiet, warm, relaxing. A large pond to enjoy, sitting by with a good book or watching the wildlife. We have a cobblestone firepit to enjoy during the evening surrounded by seating. We are a short distance from many attractions in Cooperstown including the Baseball Hall of Fame!!!!!!!!!!!!
