Outdoor space includes multiple decks & screen porch. Patio has hot tub, dining table & chairs, lounge chairs, fire pit & outdoor shower. 1st level is a game room w/ ping pong, darts, & more. Includes beach cart, umbrella, 4 bikes, boogie boards, 2 person kayak, 2 paddle boards, 8ft surf board, & Level 2 EV charger.

Seaside Sanctuary! Oceanfront Master, Linens Incl

Seaside Sanctuary is a 5th floor oceanfront condo with a view that will take your breath away! From the porch you'll take in breathtaking sunrises, dolphins swimming, pelicans cruising, & during peak season there is a full fireworks display every Thursday night. It's a 5 minute walk to the Ocean Grill and Tiki Bar, 1.2 miles to the Carolina Beach boardwalk, & 1.5 miles to Kure Beach Pier. For a fun day trip, take the ferry to Southport, visit the NC Aquarium, or see the Battleship in Wilmington!

Sip your favorite cocktail under the shade of live oaks with the sound of boats passing by. For the active type, rent a 19' center console or launch your paddle board into Page's creek and explore the endless marshes and the Intracoastal Waterway, all less than a mile away. This charming home is newly renovated with a focus on maximum comfort and modern amenities for our guests to enjoy. We are kid friendly. The third bedroom includes a tv and couch for the kids to have their own space.

Home Away From Home

Our home is a block away from all the action in town however we're secluded, private and right across from the lake. We're within walking distance of anything you need. It’s a 5-8 minute walk to the beach depending on what your carrying ie. kids, coolers, chairs, umbrellas, etc. and we do offer a beach cart to help with this process. Walking or jogging around the lake is great exercise. One lap around is 2/3 mile. Kayaks and paddle boats are available to rent at the lake.

The Sunsetter by WB Abodes

The Sunsetter sits right across the bridge onto Wrightsville Beach overlooking Banks Channel and is just steps from the beach.  It has been uniquely renovated with one of a kind finishes and tasteful interior design, paying homage to the building's history while bringing it up to date with a Malibu surf style feel!  It has quickly become one of Wrightsville Beach’s most exclusive stays with its biggest attraction being the nearly 800sq.ft. fully turfed private rooftop deck.
