Apartment in Historical building with shared garden and pool. The property is located in a typical Medieval Tuscan village close to Terricciola (PI) which is part of the wine route. The historic palazzo was built in the 17th Century and has been converted into several individual apartments sharing a private swimming pool and a garden. This lovely apartment has a private car parking and a stunning view over the hills. The village is only 25 min. from Pisa Airport and 35 min. from the coast.

Ground floor apartment in a family home with independent entrance & hall, spacious living area with fully fitted kitchen, double sofa bed, large double bedroom and bathroom with shower. Traditional beamed & terracotta ceilings throughout. Outside there is an ancient pizza oven, private patio and private garden plus a beautiful pool 8m x 4m and further garden shared with the owners. The property is located on top of a very panoramic hill, near the medieval village of Sillico where is located also a very good restaurant. Perfect accommodation for romantic couples, families with children with their dogs.
