Whales and seals can be seen from your deck. Located in a private community with its own rocky beach access about 5 min walk from the house where you can hunt for shells & observe the ocean wildlife. This beach is ideal for kayaking. Plymouth also boasts 4 of top 10 rated public golf courses in MA.

Welcome to our newly updated 2 bedroom, 1 bath cottage in Marion, MA, situated on a quiet, dead-end street. At the end of our road is a small private tidal beach on Sippican Harbor, perfect for boating, fishing, & swimming. The cottage has an open layout, gas fireplace, outdoor shower, gas grill, fire pit, and large picnic table. Ideal for exploring Cape Cod, Providence, and Newport, and only an hour and a half from Boston. A tranquil & relaxing retreat for a small family or group of friends.

Historic Cobblestone Carriage House near Downtown

Enjoy a piece of history at this carriage house! Jonathan Bourne owned a mansion along with this home, and his son purchased a whaler, Lagoda, in 1841. The ship is currently displayed at the New Bedford Whaling Museum, which is walking distance; just four/five blocks of downtown New Bedford, where you can also enjoy shopping, great food, entertainment, and the ferry to either Martha’s Vineyard or Nantucket. The house is 1.8 miles off I-195, 0.4 miles from Beverly Yacht Club and 1 mile from Silvershell beach. There are many grocery stores within 10 miles, the Marion General Store is in walking distance (0.25 miles), where you can get provisions for a delicious steak dinner as well as snacks and pantry staples.
