With an amazing view of the breathtaking Pioneer Peak mountain in the backyard and the Matanuska River nearby, you will not regret spending time here. Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located place. Close to downtown Wasilla and only minutes away from restaurants. Take a 30 min drive to the top of Hatcher’s Pass and visit the Independence Mine and take a scenic drive over to Willow. Take a 1 hr drive to Talkeetna. Or go the opposite direction 1.5 hrs to Matanuska Glacier and take a guided tour out on the glacier! NO SMOKERS please as we live here as well and don’t enjoy the smell of cigarette smoke around our home. Thank you.

This duplex is minutes away from the gas station, coffee shop, our historic Palmer town & 10 minutes from Hatcher Pass, a great place for snowboard & skiing in the winter and hiking & berry picking in the summer.

The Magical Escape in Wasilla- Quiet, Clean & Cozy

This whimsical and sophisticated apartment has lots of magical touches! It has a private entrance with keypad and is located on a quiet street for ultimate relaxation. It has a full kitchenette (plus stove and range) and full bath, so that you feel completely at home during your stay. Because Alaska is an enormous state, here are some estimated driving times to help you plan your trip: Anchorage Intl. Airport - 1 hr, 7 min Hatcher Pass - 30 min Palmer - 25 min Talkeetna - 1 hr, 15 min

Bent Prop efficiency

This is an efficiency unit in a 4plex, queen size bed, 12 foot ceiling, shower stall, internet, desk and chair, coffee center, not a kitchen, small fridge and microwave . It is on the ground level. We are close to town, 30 minutes from Hatchers pass, lots of hiking, golf 5 minutes away, local breweries. We work hard to give a safe clean environment to stay so please no smoking or pets. (At this time late check out or early check in is not available sorry for any inconvenience

Blue Ice Aviation Lounge

We call this the "Blue Ice Aviation Lounge". It is a private upstairs apartment in my hangar. The Lounge is modern, cozy, Alaskan, and very comfortable with a slight aviation theme. We have Skeetawk ski area, and the Government Peak Recreation Area within 15 min. GPRA has lighted ski trails and biking.
