Beautiful 2 level condo steps away from the beach. The main floor consists of a kitchen, living room, dining area, 3 bedrooms, and 2 bathrooms. The bedrooms and the living room have air conditioners. The 2nd level is a private rooftop terrace that overlooks the pool. The condo is in a gated community in the town of Loiza, which is 30 miles east of Old San Juan, and 15 miles west of El Yunque Rain Forest. It is a small town so a rental car is a must. The condo is a 3rd floor walk-up.

Beautiful modern penthouse villa located at Villas del Mar Beach Resort with views to the ocean from almost every angle. Conveniently located just 30 min. from San Juan International Airport. With two swimming pools, jacuzzi and beach access among other amenities. Our beach is an small beach but enjoyable with private access and usually used only for residents and guest of our complex. A great place to relax and to enjoy your vacation.

Santilla del Mar BEACH HOUSE with direct access to the beach, for large groups up to 10 persons, 2500 square meters with private fence. 2 large rooms, you can park inside the property, palm trees. It is about 30 minutes from SJU international airport, it is recommendable to rent a car. EL Yunque rain tropical forest is about 15 minutes away. There is a walmart supercenter about 10 minutes away and a outlet mall about 10 minutes also!!!
