Capacity 2+2, size 42 m2, with a large fenced yard and a swimming pool. Located on the ground floor in a family house in a quiet street; newly built and is fully equipped and furnished. The house is surrounded by trees and offers an unobstructed view of the sea. Pets are not allowed, nor is smoking in the apartment. It is accessible for disabled. Our comfortable apartment is set in a quiet location just 50 meters from the sea. The house was renovated in 2024 and has an air conditioner. From the ground floor, there is an internal staircase leading to the first and second floors, where the bedrooms are located. There are two more apt. in the same house, you can see it in my other listing "Sea view apt. on island Cres" ( 1st. and 2nd floor). From the house you have beautiful sea view.

Cozy self-standing house

You will love this small, cozy house because of it's location near the beach and the city centre (both a 5 minute walk). Since the house is self-standing, you will be able to enjoy your privacy. I offer also a parking space. The place has air conditiong to cool you down in the hot summer days. You can enjoy a nice cup of coffee with the view of the city walls from the terrace.
