Large living and dining area! Lovely patio with pergola in the fully fenced back yard. A grill for your cookouts! Most dogs allowed with fee. No cats. Minimum age of renters: 25

Also you can drive 4 minute down to Camp Helen State park where you can jet ski, rent kayaks, and canoes, and go to lake or gulf on them.

My place is Located between Seaside and Destin in beautiful Santa Rosa Beach, Gone To The Beach is a 4 bedroom, 3 bath cottage with a tower that is part of a small neighborhood of only 75 cottage style homes called Old Florida Village, on the north side of 30A. A community pool just a few steps down a private drive makes keeping tabs on those loved ones especially convenient and beach access is a short stroll (approximately 550 yards or .3 mile).

One and a half blocks from the beach, in a quiet, desirable & residential neighborhood. Remodeled by local, winning artists, Yolie and Ron Strickland. Great attention to detail was used when decorating and remodeling this cottage.
