This villa is the pick of the lot, in good condition, fully detached and offering a level of privacy that is unique within the South Shores Resort. Nestled up against the sand dunes, the elevated deck is the perfect place to sit and watch the native wildlife. Facing the main reserve and swimming pool areas. Maunder Cottage Aldinga Township

We recognize the Kaurna people whose land holds our little cottage. Situated in Aldinga Township Maunder Cottage is a beautiful stone cottage that is self contained. It has one bedroom with Queen size bed. It has a fully renovated bathroom with a deep bath suitable for two people. The walls in the lounge room are made from limestone dug from the property. The building itself used to be the vets. We live in the house adjacent to the cottage. Our home was built in 1842.
