Cliffside Barndominium! Hot Tub and Pet friendly!

Our Texas sized, pet friendly Barndo is a 3,800 sq. ft. Lake House, located on ~3 acres overlooking Toledo Bend Lake. Our spacious Barndo sleeps 17 in beds with additional space for air mattresses. We are on a bluff above the lake which offers stunning panoramic views of Toledo Bend Lake and beautiful sunsets. If you are coming to enjoy water activities, we are conveniently located between 3 boat ramps (~1 mile away). Shore fishing/swimming is available just 1 mile away at Holly Park Marina.

Brand new cabin centrally located in 6 Mile in the Shawnee Shores neighborhood, Camp C of Annie's Retreats LLC. Great choice for a peaceful family vacation, excellent choice for tournament fishermen trailering in and out, features a pull through driveway with a 42' covered carport. Very cozy and comfy equipped with everything you need for a relaxing getaway. Neighborhood boat launch right down the street, and 6 Mile boat launch a mile further down Hwy 87 if you would want to park at the launch.

Cozy Cedar Waterfront Cabin 10 on Toledo Bend

Sit back and relax in this 1 room stylish cedar cabin. Sip coffee on the covered porch and take in the beautiful sunrise from your lakefront view surrounded by Sabine National Forest. Keep an eye out for Bald Eagles. Explore nearby coves from our kayaks, jump in the lake from our swimming platform, fish from our piers, or lounge by the campfire. Toledo Bend Lake, one of the premier bass fishing lakes in the country, and we have the best crappie fishing right below our marina just steps away.

The Brackin House

The Brackin House is walking distance from the Hemphill City Park, minutes from anything & everything in Hemphill and just a few miles from many access points to Toledo Bend Reservoir. Our circle drive makes it easy to park or back your boat into one of the three covered stalls next to the house. The large living/dining/kitchen - open concept area, keeps everybody close enough to have a good visit. Sitting on The Brackin House front porch helps clear your mind for whatever comes next!

This spacious newly renovated super clean 3 bedroom/2 bath with a spacious covered patio to soak up relaxation and grilling your favorite food. It sits on a corner lot with a short distance to Lowe's Creek boat ramp to launch your boat. Pull through parking with plug-ins for boats (4). All amenities necessary to have a relaxing stay is available. If you enjoy hiking, Indian Mounds is West of Paradise in the Pines approx 1 mile. Cable TV and wifi is available

Once the Beloved Shady Oak Lodge - #3 w/ Boat Ramp

Tiny House! This cabin great for a fisherman’s weekend getaway at Toledo Bend. It sleeps 2! Once a part of the beloved, highly rated Shady Oak Lodge, fisherman and families have been coming for years to enjoy this rustic log cabin nestled among trees. Cabin 3 is not on the water, but has access to the community boat ramp shared by 7 cabins of the original Shady Oak Lodge. And shared playground for Cabins 1, 2 and 3.
