Boston, Cape Cod, Nantucket, and Martha's Vineyard are only minutes from your doorstep. There is a walking trail for pets around an adjacent cranberry bog. Very comfortable home with lots of upgrades. This home is close to everything; 5 min. from airport and train station, 10 min. to local beaches, 30 min. to RI ocean beaches, 10 min. to Providence, and 35 min. from Boston. Check in after 3PM Check out 11AM This home is pet friendly for a fee of $100 per pet. You must provide a pet picture and updated shot records and take full responsibility for any and all pet related issues. Pet maximum weight 30 lbs. You must acknowledge/accept pet policy.

Ocean views, Large Deck, Grill, Kid/Dog Friendly

The product of a complete gut renovation in 2020. The unit is 300 yards to Fisherman's Beach at the bottom of the street. The apartment is the 1st floor of a two family home (our family lives upstairs). It consists of 2 bedrooms, 2 full baths, pro kitchen, open living/dining area. The driveway can fit 2 cars (tight). There is additional parking at the bottom of the street. Please see house rules settings for holiday minimum bookings. We are pet friendly, but require case by case approval.

Ground floor duplex with backyard. In the heart of the South End. The best restaurants and coffee shops in Boston are within 1-2 blocks. We are pet friendly with a dog park 1 block away. A Victorian brownstone with 2 floors and a big backyard. 2 separate bedrooms (queen beds) with exposed brick and heavy duty AC units in each BR. The third bed is a queen sized Serta air mattress(easily inflatable) A massive parlor level, very spacious. Easily the best neighborhood in Boston.

Cozy 3 Bedroom, minutes from the beach & downtown

My home is a 3-Bedroom, tri-level ranch located in a quiet neighborhood just outside of downtown Newport. The best beaches on Aquidneck Island are a 5 minute drive and there is a huge back yard, complete with a brand new BBQ grill and outdoor seating. There is one king sized bed in the master bedroom, a queen in the guest room and a queen as well as a custom built in child bunk in the third bedroom. The home comfortably sleeps 6 adults and 2 children.

This home has all you need for your business or gateway in New England . With everything a Nice hotel has to offer ,this will be your home away from home. The Kitchen is fully equipped and you will have the entire place for yourself . You will be in walking distance to the train station in dowtown Ipswich and biking distance to the beach and Crane's Castle. Also you can explore Cannoing or paddling on the nearby Ipswich River.

Best of both worlds... Steps from both Lower Thames and the Newport Harbor right outside of your font door. A cozy cottage with Newport character and rustic charm. There is a pet fee that is based on length of stay, size, breed, and number of dogs. Please forward that information when reaching out.
