Gristmill Springs Nestled in the high peaks region of the Adirondacks, our cottage boasts views of the Cascade Range and Hurricane Mountain. We are minutes from downtown Keene and local hiking trails. We offer a fully-outfitted kitchen and a living room with working fireplace. We have a stereo system with turntable and a collection of LP’s from the 70’s and 80’s. In the warm weather, enjoy the outdoor shower! A cheerful and spacious cottage in the heart of Lake Placid village, that is conveniently located walking distance to Main Street shops / restaurants, both Mirror Lake as well as Lake Placid marina / boat rental. It's in the Hillcrest area of Lake Placid, which is a quiet residential neighborhood in the center of town. Our cottage is our second home, lovingly decorated with Adirondack atmosphere. We are properly permitted for short term rental in Lake Placid, permit #: STR-200339

A 1900 farmhouse that has been in the family for generations. Recently renovated to accommodate up to 5 guests, it is clean with simple furnishings and a SPECTACULAR VIEW! Located RIGHT ON NYS RTE 86 (close to the road) with easy access to nearby attractions. The house is split in 2 and is designed for 2 families. I rent out "The View" using airbnb exclusively. My wife and I reside in the back portion of the house with a separate entrance and separate parking.
