REMODELED cottage in an excellent location on Silver Lake, Traverse City w/108 ft direct frontage. 10 minutes to downtown TC. It is one of the nicest inland lakes in TC. Paddleboat, canoe, & stand up paddleboard included. 1 queen bed on main floor and 2 fulls in the loft. Laundry, wi-fi, and Hulu live streaming . We also have two pontoon boats you can rent (cheaper than most all local companies). Please inquire about pontoon availability before booking. Brand new bathroom, kitchen and flooring!

Cute and cozy little cabin just a couple miles from state land. 1 mile from the county fairgrounds. 1 1/2 miles from town. Enjoy all Evart has to offer such as all of our state land trails for riding dirt bikes , quads, hunting ,mushrooming. We are 1 1/2 miles from rails to trails to enjoy a great day of bicycling. Nice ranch with Houghton Lake at the end of the street. Access to launch a small boat. DNR launch close by. Property is on Devonshire which is the access road for the ORV trails. Trails are 1/2 mile down the street. Large fenced in yard with fire pit, BBQ and swing set. Great for kids. Boating, trail riding, hunting or just relaxing this is it. Sheets and towels included. Well water. Please note we have security cameras to monitor outdoor house access. Our cleaning staff is top notch.

The condo is on gorgeous East Grand Traverse Bay. The Suite was recently fully renovated. It is clean and comfortable for couples, families and friends.
