Our lovely home features 5 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms. The ground floor includes the kitchen/dining area with garden access, a living room, and a cloakroom. On the first floor, there are 2 double bedrooms: one with a king-size bed and another with bunk beds. This floor also has a study/office and a main bathroom with a bath and shower.The top floor offers 2 more bedrooms—one with a double bed and one with a single bed (extendable) and a movable toddler bed. Located just 1 minute away from the A3 on New Malden's Thetford Road, Applecourt is a perfect, relaxing get-away. Enjoy a jaunt down to the Surrey Hills, take in history at nearby Hampton Court palace or catch the train to Wimbledon only two stops away. (Last stop Waterloo!) A true haven away from home, enjoy the cherry blossom courtyard in spring and the juicy pink lady apples in summer!
