Walk down to Lordship Lane with a village high street feel - plenty of options for food, cafes, cinema, leisure centers etc... Close to the hang outs of Peckham and Brixton but quiet enough to enjoy some reflection. Newly renovated home that we sometimes leave behind for our own adventures. Our home is located in an excellent spot in the middle of traditional English pubs, new trendy bars and restaurants. It is about 10 min walking from Chatsworth road, with restaurants and shops. 5 min to buses and overground taking you into central London in 30 min. We live just by the park (across the road) which got a great playground. It is also close to a nature reserve with walks along River Lee. Very close to public transport that can get you anywhere in London quick and easy!

The house enjoys glorious views surrounded by open countryside and has a happy atmosphere. It looks onto fields, a lake and beyond these the north downs. There is easy and convenient parking, with many interesting places a short drive away: Hever Castle, Penshurst Place, Chartwell and Groombridge Place plus Lingfield Racecourse. The train service to London is under an hour to Victoria or London Bridge from Edenbridge or Lingfield train stations.
