As you descend the stairway into the woods you'll begin to experience the peace of Otium, one of two small shipping containers set into a clearing in the forest. The 1st level has 2 standing arcade games (NFL blitz & Mortal Combat), a bar, large smart tv, miniature ping pong and laundry room. Each level has its own full bathroom. The middle level bathroom has a jet tub! Near Mohican State Park!

We are pet friendly (additional $50 per stay, max 2 pets) with all the modern convenience, fully stocked kitchen, 50" flat screen smart TV, washer/dryer and fast internet. Outdoor fireplace/grill is the perfect hangout just steps from deck overlooking the large pond. 4-person paddle boat is there for use during your stay.

When/if you do decide to step out into the world, you can play, shop, Fish, and Hike at nearby Mohican State Park. Mohican Cabin Private Getaway

Your own private cabin in the woods! A great getaway adjacent to Mohican State Forest and Mohican area activities. There is no TV in the cabin, so you can enjoy the natural setting of the cabin without distraction. NOTE: there is a walking path and steps to get to the cabin, steps up to the front door, and an open staircase to the sleeping loft. The driveway to the cabin is up hill and gravel, accessible by all cars in the Spring/Summer/Fall.
