Hello, this is Alexander. I am a musician and IT director. This luxury flat has a real story. Built in the 90's , it was for a few years the flat of an international artist. Also one of the oldest AirBnB here : 85 square meters with 2,70 m of ceiling heights, with a direct view on the symbol of Berlin, and Alexanderplatz. My furniture are a mix of German vintage and contemporary (flat screen with Apple TV...). Don't bring anything with you, everything is already in the flat, like a hotel.

The apartment can accommodate 5 people. The bedroom has a 160x200 double bed. The living room is equipped with a sitting corner including a 140x200 sleeping sofa and a single sleeping sofa chair. The way to metro, bus and tram stations is short. Restaurants, super markets and museums are close by. We do have an elevator.

MM Art Gallery Apartment Berlin

I offer a central guest apartment in the basement of my art gallery. In a few minutes you can reach the Museum Island, the Humboldt Forum and Alexander Platz. Since the apartment is in the basement of the gallery, it has no daylight! The two bedrooms are separated only by a curtain! I use Wed-Sat bathroom and kitchen with! Renting my beautiful apartment on Alte Schönhauser Straße, while I am travelling. It’s on the first floor, the apartment has 100 sm, has two massive rooms, which are connected, a big kitchen and dining area, plus 2 bathrooms. It’s in the center of Berlin, a 1 minute walk to Rosa Luxemburg Platz and a 5 min walk to Hackescher Markt or Alexander Platz. The street is full of little shops, lovely restaurants and bars, but still quite and not too crowded.
