Private dock; great fishing; plenty of space on double lot for parking, including room for your boat/snowmobile trailer, space for yard games, bon fire and more. We are near several golf courses, casino, snowmobile trails, state game/wildlife areas, and more. Boat rental information available, upon request or feel free to bring your own.

Bring floaties and soak up the sun! Or your own boat and launch it just a little down the road.

Nestled in a small cove on a big lake, Swan cottage sits directly on Lake Wabasis with 65' of private shoreline. From early May through late October (weather permitting), Swan cottage comes with private use of: 20' pontoon boat (w/new 25 hp motor), 2 kayaks, a paddle boat, and 70' dock with swim platform & ladder for sunbathing, fishing, etc. The watercraft & equipment are for your exclusive use and there are no extra rental fees. (Guests pay only for pontoon boat gas.)
