All the apartment, will be at your disposal I live a few meters from the apartment, so....I will be at your desposal, helping you, about touristic tours, transfers, shopping and other :-) Via Margutta is in the heart of Rome and within walking distance of all the city's ancient and modern sights. Indulge in luxury shopping, watch pedestrians from curbside cafes, or take a guided tour of Rome's art or world-famous history. The metro stop SPAGNA ( Spanish Steps ), is about m.300 Villa Borghese, Trevi,s Fountain, Museo Borghese, Spanish Steps, Phanteon, Piazza Navona, Campo de Fiori........and all the Ancient Cities, are at walking distance from the house. A dream home with a pool near Piazza del Popolo

Our family apartment has a private garden and its own private swimming pool in a very central neighborhood in Rome, just a short stroll from Piazza del Popolo. It has been meticulously designed and renovated. There is an open-plan layout with a spacious living room, a dining area with a table seating up to 8 and a fully equipped kitchen. The master bedroom has a kingsize bed (180x200cm) and an ensuite bathroom. The second bedroom has a double bed (160x200cm). There's a second family bathroom.

a Peaceful Hilltop Haven

Trastevere is one of the most picturesque areas in the city. The district has an authentic feel and the independent shops and cafes are frequented by locals. Tram and bus stops are located on Viale di Trastevere 5 minutes' walk from the apartment. Parking: parking on the road is possible. Very difficult to find free spots but possible, otherwise the parking fee is approx. 8 euro per day on the road or €20/25 in a private garage.
