Forget your worries in this spacious and serene space only 2 miles away from the Rose Amphitheater and 10 minutes from downtown Dayton. The spacious backyard is equipped with 113 jet hotub with a firepit and a relaxing waterfall. The sunroom is a great spot to start the day with complementary coffee/creamer. Complete with 4 Tvs and a computer. The living room has a Nintendo Switch for family fun. Have both a charcoal and gas grills. The hot tub is running and the pool will be available in June.

Tucked away, in the midst of the suburbs, surrounded by trees, gardens and the sound of birds, this gem of a place is a perfect home away from home.

Close to the University of Dayton, shops on Brown Street, Interstate 75, the Oregon District and Downtown Dayton. South Park is one of the most popular neighborhoods in Dayton. Walk or bike anywhere. The unit below is currently undergoing work, some noise is to be expected. Only during daytime hours :)

The best place to stay when visiting the National Air Force Museum. It's open year round, entrance is free, and you even can walk there if you want :) You will also be very close to all the Wright Patterson AFB entrances and only 5 minutes to Wright State University, only 10 minutes to the Nutter Center (for watching various shows) and Downtown Dayton - including the Oregon District, University of Dayton, Schuster Center, Miami Valley Hospital, and others. This updated stylish 2 bed/1.5 bath single story guesthouse is perfect for work, group trips, fun, or family visits. The kitchen has dishes, cookware utensils, and pantry basics (oil, seasonings, sugar & flour). A Keurig single-serving and carafe coffee maker with k-cups and coffee filters is provided. The guesthouse has two living spaces, a dining room, a kitchen, a utility room with a washer and dryer, a private patio with outdoor seating, and a grill.

South Park- The Purple Barney Guesthouse

Historic South Park Purple Barney guesthouse. Built in 1920 this shotgun cottage was rehabbed by me, a neighborhood activist, who stripped it down to the studs. What you'll find is a mix of historic, modern, and mid-century modern, with vaulted ceilings, skylights in both the bedroom and the spacious bathroom, and safe, snug, and quiet thanks to the insulation, new windows & doors. New Metal Roof in 2022! Your host is a Certified Service Disabled Vet.
