Come and make some memories at our unique, spacious and family-friendly home. Located 8 mins above Montreux, we are peacefully nestled between a large green field and a small vineyard. Wake up to stunning views of Lac Leman and the Grammont summit and grab your morning coffee or a glass of wine up on the rooftop terrace:) We are easily accessible to reach as the Planchamp train station is a mere 1 min walking distance from the front door & we have 1 free parking. So many adventures to be lived:)

Vous y trouverez de nombreuses balades et randonnées ainsi que du calme et un paysage à couper le souffle ! Situé, à côté d’un SPA, derrière le Carrefour Montagne, à 5mn à pieds des pistes de ski, ce nid de 30m2, au calme, plein sud, dispose d’une entrée/ski room, d’une petite chambre avec lit de 140 x190 cm, table de nuit, penderie, d'une cuisine avec machines à laver la vaisselle, lave-linge séchant, combi four-micro onde, machine Nespresso, un salon avec canapé, wifi, une smart télé avec Netflix et Orange, un balcon sud ouest.

Idéalement situé à l'entrée d'Abondance, orientée sud, avec une très jolie vue sur la campagne avoisinante, cet appartement neuf est l'endroit rêvé pour ceux qui fuient la foule des stations et privilégient l'espace et le confort dans un environnement préservé. Le logement se compose d'un salon-salle à manger pour 6 personnes ouvert sur une cuisine équipée, de 1 chambre, 1 mezzanine avec 1 lit double et un canapé lit, 1 salles de bains, une terrasse de 18m2 avec salon et table de jardin.

Chalet Les Trois Canards - Châtel, Luxury, Jacuzzi

Our luxurious chalet is the perfect base for your winter or summer holidays in Chatel and the Portes du Soleil area. The chalet boasts a spacious lounge with log burner which offers superb valley views through large picture windows. Offering a fully equipped kitchen, 5 en-suite bedrooms, sauna, hot-tub / jacuzzi, mezzanine area above the lounge, ski-boot heaters. There is underfloor heating throughout the chalet. Not suitable for parties or excessive noise, as the owners live next door.

La pelote à Fenalet sur Bex

Studio indépendant de 20m² dans un chalet face aux Dents du Midi dans un hameau de 90 habitants, à 700m d altitude, situé sur une propriété familiale. Une place de parc est réservée pour votre véhicule. Cette région offre de magnifiques randonnées en montagne. Nous sommes à 10 minutes des pistes de ski, à 15 min de Villars Sur Ollon, à proximité des Mines de sel de Bex et des bains thermaux de Lavey. 20 minutes du lac Léman, à 45 minutes de voiture de Lausanne.

Dans un petit immeuble contemporain, perché sur les hauteurs de Montreux (quartier de Territet), une dizaine de minutes à pied des transports (bus, gare et embarcadère) , appartement de 80 M2, 2 pieces et demi ( chambre, grand séjour et cuisine integrée), orientation sud-ouest face au lac du Léman. Accessible aux personnes à mobilité réduite ( ascenseur) avec un parking privatif à disposition. L’appartement ainsi que la terrasse sont non fumeur.

In the winter, your family can also enjoy the 250-meter long bunny hill ski slope just 100 meters away.
