Our Little Lake Getaway

Lakefront retreat on Lake Chicot in the heart of the Mississippi River Delta. We welcome sportsman, families, friends and pets. Centrally located at the junction of SE Arkansas, Mississippi and Louisiana with a short walk to downtown. Secluded lodge w/ fishing!

Secluded in the woods, there is a beautiful pond and bayou perfect for fishing. There are plenty of opportunities to see some animals w/ a fire pit and pellet grill, pellets provided. Inside has a fireplace in the living room w/ antenna TV able to hook up to hotspot. The kitchen has an oven with a stove top, fridge/freezer and coffee pot. There are two queen, two full and one twin mattresses. If needed an air mattress can be provided. Two couches can be slept on in the living room.

Water front 5 bedroom 2 bathrooms with large patio

Arkansas River waterfront 5 bedroom 2 bathrooms with two large patios and grill/smoker. Downstairs has a kitchen, laundry room, living room, 2 bedrooms and bathroom. Upstairs has 3 bedrooms and a bathroom with a separate living room. Hunting and fishing available nearby boat access. (Trusten Holder wildlife refuge, White River refuge & more.) There is a family park less than a mile from location. The Arkansas Post is minutes away for nature trails and bike rides.

Converted upstairs of an 1800's carriage house the room was used to dry pecans before being turned into a 1 bedroom apartment with king size bed. A step down Jacuzzi jet bathtub & shower. Completely furnished with linens, dishes, pots pans, glasses, & silverware. Living room with an additional twin bed. Warning: this unit is located up an iron stair case. For some guests this might be challenging, all other units are located on ground floor!!!!

The Cozy Khaki House

Very cozy inside. Welcoming Kitchen with island & stainless steel bar stools that over looks living room. Stainless steel appliances. Laundry room, Beautiful tiled bathrooms with sliding entry doors. Fully stocked with towels and amenities. Swyft Internet connection and streaming. Just added backyard private fence. New deck complete with umbrella, table with four chairs for outdoor relaxation.

Sunset Farm , relax and enjoy the views.

Quiet escape to Sunset Farm, where the sunsets are beautiful. 1000 sq ft apt, Full kitchen, LR downstairs with 1/2 bath. Upstairs bedroom large, large bathroom. This unit has elevator. Tv’s WiFi, fire sticks for Tv’s. Be our guest on our working farm. Short distance between Monticello and Warren. Also included, outdoor deck for relaxing , fire pit, and barbeque grill.

Oakwood

Prime hunting and fishing in the Delta. 3 bedroom 1 bath brick home on a working row crop farm. Peaceful and quiet. It can be accessed from 3 different highways with 2 miles of good gravel road once the pavement ends. Big yard with covered parking. Access to large ice machine, water hose, and air compressor.
