All interno della casa ci sono le scale per salire nella zona notte e 5 scalini per andare nella cucina… per chi ha bambini piccoli se lo dite per tempo cercheremo cancelli per mettere tutto in sicurezza e possibilità di lettino da campeggio. Inoltre abbiamo 1 soggiorno piccolo con camino e 1 più grande con possibilità di aggiungere una brandina

Il rustico, una volta antico frantoio del XVIII secolo ed ora ristrutturato, si trova a Nocchi, nelle colline camaioresi, in un raggio di 15-20 km dalla Versilia e Lucca. Il rustico ha una superficie di 130 mq ed è dotato di cucina, soggiorno e sala open-space, lavanderia, 2 camere matrimoniali e 2 bagni con doccia. Inoltre è presente un vasto giardino in comune di 3000 mq con piscina attrezzata con lettini ed ombrelloni. Il rustico dispone di 2 parcheggi riservati e 2 ingressi indipendenti.

We are 50 minutes from Pisa airport on the SS12 route. The location is perfect for summer or winter. In summer you can reach the sea, in winter ski in the hills. All year round you can explore the region by foot, bicycle, motorcycle or car.
